Membership Eligibility
InstaCam services are available to individuals aged 21 or older who can form binding contracts under applicable law. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements and agree to provide accurate information throughout your membership.
Account Responsibilities
You maintain sole responsibility for all activity under your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches. InstaCam reserves the right to suspend accounts exhibiting suspicious behavior pending investigation.
Acceptable Use
Members must respect community guidelines and applicable laws. Prohibited activities include harassment, fraudulent representation, spamming, and attempts to circumvent our compatibility systems. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
Content Standards
Profile information, messages, and shared media must comply with our content policies. You retain ownership of original content but grant InstaCam a license to display and process it for platform functionality, including compatibility analysis and moderation.
Subscription Terms
Paid memberships renew automatically according to your selected billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through account settings, with access continuing through the paid period. Refunds are issued only for technical failures preventing substantial service use.
Intellectual Property
The InstaCam platform, including its compatibility algorithms, interface designs, and proprietary technology, remains our exclusive property. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Service Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve the user experience or address technical requirements. While we strive to maintain service continuity, occasional downtime for maintenance may occur without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
InstaCam's liability is limited to direct damages arising from provable platform failures. We are not responsible for user conduct, offline interactions, or compatibility outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated.
Dispute Resolution
Claims related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. The arbitration will follow established commercial rules and occur in the jurisdiction specified in your membership agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where InstaCam maintains its principal business operations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.
General Provisions
If any term provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InstaCam regarding platform use.
